Phibsboro namely from Ms Fiona McGowan. My first transaction with Mason Estates was the purchase of a
property on Beneavin Road Glasnevin in 2004. Because of the service I had received with this
transaction, fo ur years later when I decided to sell this property, I engaged Ms Fiona McGowan of Mason
Estates to be the agent for the sale of same property.
In 2017, I was heavily involved in the preparation of my great grand-parent’s home on Townsend St which
was being placed for sale. I met with the solicitor dealing with the sale and the executor of the estate
